e-learning and onboarding content portal

Pension Jungle was an ambitious, fun and educational internal portal informing Barclays staff about their pensions and attitudes to risk, themed as a jungle expedition, because a ‘pension journey’ deserves better than a spreadsheet.

  • Designed and delivered exploration-themed content elements for the pension portal
  • Scoped the Crocs ‘n’ Rocks game: logic, scoring, look and feel, wireframes, event mapping, learning outcomes
  • Worked with client and developers to deliver the concept coherently
  • Developed and produced a short film in-line with the portal’s pixel universe — introducing the Pinnies Frog character, which advises explorers on their pension journey
  • Ran full production: script, storyboarding, voice casting, music selection, and delivery of final format to web developers

Crocs ‘n’ Rocks, was an interactive game aimed at demonstrating complex concepts like attitudes to risk, using its own logic and scoring system, look and feel, wireframing and event mapping, and learning outcomes, while working with the client and developers to make sure the concept was delivered coherently while every stakeholder requirement was met.

Brand Toolkit: Communications Handbook for the Royal Foundation Family

Guidance on the use of the Royal Foundation brand — a unifying toolkit for the suite of charities under the Royal Foundation, built to close the gaps in brand understanding between the subsidiary charities, where many materials were being misused or never authorised by core Comms.

What I did

  • Consulted across the Royal Foundation’s Comms and Marketing teams to identify bottlenecks and blind spots across the suite of charities
  • Developed unifying training and resource materials to ease access to all brands, standardising tone of voice, image selection and comms best practice
  • Designed new, clarified workflows placing the core Comms team at the heart of all planning and sign-off stages
  • Conducted a full audit of all existing brand materials to generate templates, checklists and workflows ensuring approval on all comms
  • Resourced and launched a centralised digital asset management system placing full control with core Comms across all brands
  • Reviewed ongoing in-house annual image queries for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, letting subsidiary teams self-serve pre-approved image sets and releasing core Comms from high-frequency requests

Brand Refresh, Website Rebuild & Launch

A brand refresh and full website rebuild for Tiata Fahodzi, bringing the site in line with its new direction as a cultural and conversational hub of ideas, while simultaneously making it easier for the in-house team to run.

What I did

  • Audited all existing brand materials, selecting core assets to give fresh vibrancy and attract younger audiences while maintaining Tiata’s established brand
  • Worked with designer and developer to build the staging site, importing Tiata’s existing content and creating new templates to proactively suggest related posts — keeping visitors reading for longer
  • Consulted with the in-house team to redesign the admin portal, making site maintenance user-friendly, clean and aligned with their most common requirements
  • Designed and produced a full instruction manual documenting every aspect of site management in clear, simple steps
  • Delivered team training as part of a comprehensive handover, so all in-house staff were fully versed in the new systems
  • Launched the live site to coincide with Tiata’s 25th Anniversary
